Having completed an extensive market research project on their store and its customers, Moriarty’s embarked on a rebranding exercise which has had a very positive impact on their business.

One aspect of their retail offer which they felt was weakest was the jewellery department. They were unable to give customers sufficient service and space and they also wanted to be able to tell customers more about the story of Celtic jewellery.

They asked Store Design and Solvar to propose a new look and new location for this new jewellery offer. The results have been excellent with significant increases not only in turnover but also in the average purchase price.

The retail design and shopfitting were by Store Design. Branding and Design were by Cork-based Think Tank.
